Texas Home Solutions provides property preservations services to banks, mortgage companies and
mortgage servicing companies, realtors, and investors. We guaranty performance within 48 - 72
hours of property assignment. We prefer email notification of property assignment for faster
service.
Our services includes:
- Occupancy Verification/Property Inspections - verification that a property is occupied.
Submission of digital photos of exterior, vehicles, etc.
- Delinquent borrower interviews - face to face interviews, foreclosure inspections
- Eviction Assisstance/Personal property Eviction (PPE) - coordinate with sheriff for removal
of all property from premises, re-key main access door to specified code.
- Debris removal/cleaning (broom clean to detailed cleaning) - removal of all interior and
exterior debris, and abandoned vehicle(s).
- Lawn care (and recurring maintenance) - grass cuts, weed removal, tree trimming or
removal (upon request)
- Re-keys and lock box installation - re key main access door (and additional if required),
installation of lock box (alpha or numeric) as requested
- Board ups
- Winterization - draining of all lines, disconnection of main water meter, non toxic anti-
freeze, posting warning notices
- We provide "before" and "after" digital photos of all services requested
